Betty is always so nice and I've never had a problem with picking up or returning a trailer. I've used G&B on several occasions; maybe 3 or 4 times, and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to rent a Uhaul. Best prices and service in Eastern Kentucky.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. By far the rudest individual I have ever spoken to....maybe learn to have common decency.
