Should've been a sign on door to tell ppl to go around to other side bc of a disaster area inside. One employee acted like she had no idea what to do!

Came in to rent a Uhaul .. 3 were outside and staff claimed they were all rented but one may return that evening. If not I would get one the next day for sure. A lady took down my name & number and all of my credit card information. I never received a call and this was yesterday. This morning I returned to the same store. It was one uhaul outside and the lady who took down my information was off. The staff who were there today said that they couldn’t find anything in the computer under my name. They told me that another guy came in that morning to rent the one truck they had outside. I waited two days for a uhaul truck and someone after me got the truck that I was supposed get.
