  Uhaul has horrendous customer service. I ordered a 24/7 truck pickup. Waited 30mins outside the truck for someone to send me a code to access to keys in a lock box. I dropped it off and the bill said I drove 23 miles. I drove it 8miles. Never use UHaul; there are other options with better customer service and no scams.

  Place is a joke, stated truck was full, we went 8 miles and it took $20 in gas. I didn’t check the text to confirm the gas level so it’s my fault. They could careless. Not a good way to use a customer. But after looking at their reviews it makes sense.

  The staff was very nice to start. When i initially rented the truck the staff never told me about the email that you are supposed to receive that you have to confirms the gas and the mileage. The staff person was apparently new and just told me that the truck should be full. I took a picture of the actual mileage and position of the gas meter before i pulled off, it was at a little more than three quarters tank. When i return the vehicle the store was still open and they told me to drop the key in the box and i would receive an email with my receipt. I received the email 2 days later and i had been charge for gas at $3.00 a gallon , when i return the vehicle it had more gas than when i originally took it out. I called the store and a new staff person LESLIE, was less than helpful and said that there was nothing she can do and I should have check the email and confirmed it with them before I left. I explain i never received the email to which she said, I may have but the staff person was new and probably did not tell me to check it, either way there was nothing she can do. I will NEVER rent from them again. I would rather pay more money to rent from somewhere else. She was horrible and less than helpful, she had no empathy she did not care AT ALL, Did not matter that they made a mistake NOTHING. I will tell everyone i know do not rent from this place. I wish i could have giving them a ZERO.
