I rented a 5x8 trailer and everything went smooth. I reserved online. Their website was very user friendly. I would advise using the online reservation option.

Never ever ever staffed appropriately. If you're going to come here, bring a lawn chair and some water so you can wait it out and survive. This staffing problem just keeps getting worse instead of better. I don't know how they stay in business.

Stood inside for 20 minutes with not a single person there to help. Just needed a simple propane fill for a small tank. The guy working tells me everything is locked up for the night when I’ve gotten propane filled plenty of times and it literally takes 5 minutes. Find someone who’s not in a rush to go home that will take care of customers.
