Just seems less secure than it’s made out to be. Anyone on the street can come in and use the garage for whatever they see fit. There was a transient of sorts cleaning out his van and smoking in the garage tonight on my first trip here. Second trip he was gone but as I was leaving he was pulling back into the driveway. Cigarette butts and trash all over the garage floor. The elevator smelled heavily of weed. The bathroom had a sloppily written sign saying it was out of order. Literally anyone off the street can come right up to your locker door even on the inside units. Sure maybe it sets off some sort of interior perimeter alarm but still this seems like a bad setup.
