  They still charged me after I moved out on the sunday the19th. I left the unit all clean and on time. I didn't do a walk through with them because of their hours. Nobody was there. I called on Monday and told them I was out. That guy must have not did his job. 4 days later and I get charged for the unit. The local lady was very rude and angry that I called corporate. She said that they couldn't refund me but they'd give me another month of the unit because they couldn't rent it. I am a 2 year customer and have always paid. This is a good way to keep customers. I filed a dispute with the bank and I plan on filing a complaint with BBB and the Attorney Generals office.

  Easy to rent online and move in the same day! Clean unit with easy access with security code all done though U-Haul’s website and app. Rental and truck/trailer reservations can be managed through the app which add to the ease of use.

  If these guys had negative stars I would give them that. We set up to pick up a Uhaul for 230 in Brentwood through The Fremont location because they didn't have any available at the time. So on our way to Brentwood we called ahead to verify the address and they had zero reservation for us. They informed us that the did have the Truck we needed but it was Only for in town rentals. We required it to be dropped off in another location hours (about 200 mile dif.) away, so that would not work for us. So at the scheduled time to pick up our items we were moving we were left with out a vehicle to move them and no way to recover the charges on our card that day. We not only have to go there for a refund but wait till the next day when they reopen. Even though we never stepped foot in this location nor did we pick up a Uhaul from any of there locations because they didn't have one we could actually use. We went to Home depot and rented one for 4 hours for $80 and actually paid $68 with military discount. No worries about milage or if they would have one available when we arrived or not. Easy, cost effective alternative was The Home Depot! Moving is plenty stressful so I 100% recommend going to Home Depot if you want to have a better experience & save money.
