I am a frequent customer at this location but my phone was missing so I had to register a new number which is enough for this u-haul station to deny service. A voice from the back screeched out the word "no" upon hearing that my phone was new and the lady at the desk was snacking chewing gum in my face. This u-haul location has really bad customer service and each person treated with judgement that deflects buyers from getting moving.

I went in to fill my propane tanks today. I am a disabled person. Back and hips not so good. The man there said he could not help me unload or reload the tanks. So No propane from them any more.. from there

booked a car dolly and then was told they triple booked and don't have one available then they did not try to locate one at the other locations. Ya all got 1 job to do and you couldn't even do that
