Several issues with the U haul facility, 1st- the gate to go in and out of their establishment, does not work correctly. Myself and my son were unable to either gain entrance or leave once inside.(This happened at least 6x) Had to have office buzz us in and out. When this was brought to managers attention, her response was that we could call her, and she would give us a "special" code to get out. while that is all fine and good, I have a huge problem with having to rely on getting a person on the phone to get me out of a gate that won't open 80% of the time. 2nd - issue is my step-daughter made reservations online for a 10 x 10 pod at this location and when I went to take a load of items there, I was told that this location doesn't even have pods on site, and they couldn't understand why "their" system allowed her make one (She sent me a confirming screenshot of the reservation). The guy working stated that the system was "quirky". Unsatisfactory, as I wasted my time loading up items, only to have to take back home and unload. There response to problems are less than professional and I would think that for a company as large as U haul, that they could do better. I can promise you, I will not use this location ever again.

Not bad for a corporation, the manager is helpful, and will work with you. They are under construction, so parking is limited, however they to have storage units and rentals. Good ppl.

I been with them for more than a year. They went up on my monthly storage unit without notice the lock on the unit is rusted and falling apart. Also, I have to continually purchase items to stop the mold and mildew forming on my belongings. That sucks.
