A good customer experience! Very laid back, helpfulf staff. Michael is extremely patient and communicates very well with customers during the extreme stress of moving. The return went equally well. The two gentlemen were very professional and spoke to everyone who came in while I was there in a very caring manner. Hats off to the Box Road U-Haul which has been there a long time but had updated their store which was very well kept!

Will not be going back to this location except to turn in my rental that I picked up this morning. Can you say extremely slow at doing my rental that I started online and they had to finish it because the website didn't show the trailer that we actually needed. Which while it took them so long there were several other customers of the opposite race and they were taken care of asap.

Went in on a Friday November 3rd 2017 to close out a unit and pay on another. Had to wait a 1hour and 20mins for a manager to come because he was the only person authorized to make changes in the system. It's a slow uneffective method. At least one staff member should always be on site with the ablility to make these changes. Update. They made some changes. So wait time not nearly as long. As a matter of a fact. 2019 I dont think I waited once. Its better!!
