  "I hate giving fully negative reviews so I will begin with the positives here. The price for moving boxes was the lowest in town, especially with the bulk deals they offer. Their specialty boxes and extra moving equipment were also very useful. The reason for the 1 star review is based solely on the customer service experience. I came in with a disabled elderly woman and we were offered no assistance. They did not ask if we needed help, not even once while we walked back and forth trying to find what she needed. The lady working there did not get off her butt to ring anything up or even to verify how many items we had. She had us pick up every item and show her the item numbers, even for the heavy items. Then a man came over and tried to tell the woman I was with that she needed to buy some more expensive package deal in order to get the boxes she wanted to pay for, free boxes. She didnt want the items, and he told her that they couldnt sell the boxes individually since they came free with the more expensive package deal. After some attitude and sly remarks from him we were able to buy the boxes. Then they acted like finding someone to help load the heavy items into the car was a big deal and were very rude through the whole visit. I am getting ready to move and will not be returning to give them my business. I will drive to a different u-haul location for my moving needs."
