  At first everything seemed to be great, the customer service was very polite and helpful. That changes after we closed the deal.First, they don't ship your things in 5-7 days as promised. We've been waiting for at least 12 days by now, and there is no expectation of a shipment yet, so don't make plans expecting a 5-7 shipping. When asking to customer service where our things are they are very rude and condescending, completely different as they were before. Now we're just wondering if our things are in good shape or not. Don't trust this company.

  The entire experience with U-Pack was as advertised. All aspects of the move went as smooth as possible. The trailer arrived on time and was picked up the afternoon after I called. The trailer arrived when expected at our destination on time. I would definitely recommend U-Pack to anyone making a long distance move but doesn't want to have to drive the moving truck themself.

  Super easy to reserve and great communication along the way. Moved from Boston to St. Louis and had our stuff in 5 days (plus, they include tracking information so you can see progress each day). Our stuff barely moved at all despite not filling the Relocube. It's great that they only charge you for the storage/space that you use and pick-up/drop-off is easy to coordinate. Would definitely use again!
