Very happy with this company when we moved from Texas to California. Excellent & professional customer service - In everything they did, including how their dispatcher handles your call. We had a slight delay with the delivery of the container though we had paid extra for speedy delivery. UPACK promptly refunded the extra amount without any fuss. I’m going to use this company for any cross country move I may make in future.

Had a great experience with my move from California to Florida. From first contact all the way through to their drivers it was a great experience. Very easy to communicate all the way through the process. Will definitely use in the future.

Moving is expensive and upack by far was the cheapest option to move from California to Indiana. Just because the service was cheaper than other providers does not mean they lacked in terms of quality and professionalism. All the people I had to interact with during my move were very nice and I would do business with upack again.
