Excellent service, prompt and on time. Staff in the call and staff who drop of the container are extremely kind and friendly. We moved our stuff from Virginia to Orlando Florida. All our stuff was 100% as it was when we loaded it. Zero damages and right on time. I highly recommend upack for you move.

Great experience! Moved from Philly to Orlando. Professional communication and quick delivery. Took so much stress off of my move. I would recommend and use this service again. Ordered two cubes, but one cube was able to fit a couch, love seat, chair, bed, headboard, two dressers, a night stand, carpet, bike, about 5 boxes and miscellaneous things. Packed it really tight but only needed one cube.

What can I say? They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Their customer service folks were prompt, polite, and helpful. They always met their deadlines and they were affordable. We moved a 4 bedroom house full of stuff cross country and Upack is part of the reason it was such a successful move. 5 Stars all the way. I highly recommend them.
