The price was right here, but definitely more difficult to do it yourself. Our only suggestion would be to have one person as the point of contact for consistency. During my time involving the reservation to delivery of good (and all went well) there were still too many people involved in talking to me. It was difficult to make certain the truck would be delivered on time and I had other people booked too to help unload the truck so being late was not an option. While all went off without a hitch, it would have been better to not need to go over the fine details again and again making certain the same conversation was transmitted to the next person I spoke to about the timing and coordination. Other than this, all was great.

moving is always time sensitive and U-Pack nailed it! delivery of the cubes were placed and picked up and met me at my destination. all flawless. great service also, any question was immediately answered and i was always directed to a customer service rep who was always kind understanding and knowledgeable.

My whole experience with U-Pack was superb! They delivered the trailer on time at both the pickup and delivery locations. Communication was excellent throughout the entire move and the pricing was fair.
