U pack made my move easy. They always answered the phone , the drop of and pick up were on time . They Never rushed me made me feel comfortable . Delivery was the same we made arrangements for drop off they called me when they were about to leave so I can meet them. One drawback was the ramp , I felt it should’ve been longer a little steep , it was heavy and hard to move around. There wasn’t anyway to secure it to the truck to prevent it from moving, so I strapped it down. I made it work definitely worth the price. One other thing the quote and final price were right on.

Stellar experience with U-Pack. Customer service was excellent, and both the drop off and pick up were on time. The drivers we dealt with were incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining how to work the ramp, the doors, the bulkheads, etc. We would certainly recommend U-Pack to anyone looking for a moving company!
