  I used a relocube to move from Virginia to Puerto Rico. The cube was delivered and picked up on time,. It even arrived a few days early in PR, and was dropped off promptly without a problem. Customer support staff in both Manassas and San Juan were friendly and helpful.

  Overall, using U-Pack was a rewarding experience. Of course, I had some hiccups, but I'm not sure if that is U-Pack's fault or ABF's. I paid for the certified weight tickets as my company pays for moves provided you can provide proof of the weight of your household. When the trailer was dropped off at my old house, there was no empty weight ticket. The origin service center promised they would email it to me. They never did. The destination servicing center ended up having to provide both the full and empty weigh tickets. This led to a delay in me getting paid for my move as it took them awhile to provide the empty weigh ticket after they picked up the empty trailer. When I move again in 2 years, I'm sure will still use U-Pack. I'll just have to refuse receipt of the empty trailer until they provide an empty weigh ticket. P.S. I would have loved to use their storage option however, they were at capacity. Maybe try to find some more space to allow additional storage?

  I had to move over a thousand miles away they were very prompt with dropping off my pod and picking it up, going and coming. Even before my reservation customer service was great. I had to change my reservation date a million times and the dates were always available. Glad I chose them to move my stuff they made my moving experience easy. Pricing is better than their competitors.
