  Upack was a good company. And ABF is a great trucking company. But don't allow them to use moving staffers as your loaders. They damaged almost every piece of furniture. They are unprofessional. And charge extra fees without your permission. So if you use UPACK recommend any other company to move besides moving staffers.

  Just moved from the West coast. I had to call twice (once for general questions and once to change the payment method on file) and the customer service people were great. I paid exactly what they estimated (no hidden fees tacked on out of the blue.) The drivers for both pick up and drop off were professional and courteous and communicated well I'm advance so I would know what to expect. They both handled the forklift very well so I was never worried about property damage.

  Excellent service and value. For our 28 ft trailer - 3 business days to load, transit time, then 3 business days to unload! Absolutely BEST value for space, time, and cost vs. DIY driving a 26 ft truck or a full service moving company.
