We really appreciated many things about our U-Pack experience. We moved across the country, so not a small project to coordinate. U-Pack's ability to bring the trailer to us, the time to pack, and unpack was flexible and met our timeline needs. The tracking updates and customer response time helped the move go very smooth. The customer service, from truck drop-off/pick-up and phone was helpful and friendly. We had many questions because we've never moved before and never did we feel like we were wasting their time. The drop-off driver was so helpful with instructing how to secure our items and offered tips to minimize broken items. We had reserved a portion of a trailer, and would suggest if you go this route, strapping stuff as you pack is very helpful with minimizing damage. The only thing of ours that got a bit beat up was a metal file cabinet, still usable. Overall, the communication between over the phone and text status updates was great for us. The customer service was awesome.

The whole operation was seamless. The trailer arrived on site earlier than anticipated, which was great. The cost was less than driving a U-Haul cross country and paying for fuel. We were very impressed! One tip - Make sure you use a lot of blankets etc around furniture. They tend to vibrate and rub during the move.

Trailer was delivered on time. The driver picked up 60min after I called for the next day pickup fortunately we were buttoning up the trailer. The trailer arrived at our destination faster than expected. The delivery driver was awesome and position the trailer perfectly. After we unloaded we called the depo the driver called and was in route. They made the process efficient and pleasant. They over delivered all the way around. Definitely, would recommend.
