No need to even search other companies. By far this was the most affordable way to go. We were very surprised at how easy they were to use. Customer service was always great when we called and the drivers both in Washington and in Missouri both were very nice guys, helpful and professional. UPACK, make sure you take care of them Truckers. Without them what you do is impossible. I pray you will always honor your employees freedom and rights. Thanks for taking care of our belongings

On-time with truck delivery in Missouri - we had plenty of extra time to load since it was over Thanksgiving holiday. Driver picked up truck at appropriate time - we drove to our new home in Florida hoping this all works. Truck was delivered to my storage shed on our coordinated date with no problems. Truly, it was great and there were NO secret or hidden charges for us. I expected something, as far as extra charges, but charges were as explained to me in the beginning transaction. I would do it again but hopefully that was it for us!

I've used U-Pack four times now for cross country moves (CA-TX, OH-TX, TX-MO, and MO-AZ). Three have been with their pod service and one with their trailer. It's super quality service and better than some of the other companies (who I have also used). You really can't go wrong.
