We loved our experience with U-pack. We moved from Lacrosse, WI to Kansas City over the holidays. They were prompt and easy to contact. For our one bedroom apartment we ended up adding 2 extra feet of space which was perfect and did not cost much more than the original amount. We will use them again for any moving between states. We did not pack with extreme care and nothing broke in transit. The items did shift a lot but somehow everything was in perfect condition.

There are not enough stars for this review! From scheduling to unloading - every step along the way was an A+ experience! We were a little late to schedule help with unloading - no problem! We had to change drop-off and unloading dates - no problem! Every call we made was met with a pleasant, accommodating voice who was dedicated to the very best customer service! A special shout out to Carol in La Crosse WI!
