  Pleasantly surprised moving with U-Pack. Timely arrival, delivery, and pickup. Every person interacted with was professional. Goods arrived without damage. Even though we did come close to going over the per-pod weight limit.

  I could not be more pleased with our U-Pack experience moving from California to Minnesota! Customer service representatives were always easily accessible, friendly, and helpful - from thoughtfully helping us select the right moving option for us, down to every last detail including securing city parking permits at our destination. They delivered and picked up our ReloCube on time, as promised, the moving cube itself was in great condition, and there was plenty of space to safely and securely store all of our items inside of it, which arrived at the destination intact and on time. I really enjoyed being able to track the progress of the move on their interactive dashboard, where it was also easy to request pick-up on each end. I was also really grateful that we were not charged a cent more than we were quoted, and everything just went more smoothly than I could've ever imagined. This is a great company full of really caring and attentive employees, and I could not recommend this service more highly!

  U-pack is a professional team. They helped us move from San Jose California, USA to Ottawa Ontario, USA. I had a very good experience with them. Always responded to my calls, and helped me in every little step. Due to cross country move, there was an additional step to clear the belongings from Customs department. U-pack provided all the paper-work needed and also instructions about where to go and get it cleared. The driver on the California side was little rude, but on the Ontario side the driver was very nice and supportive. Price was un-beatable as well. Just take good time to pack and arrange the things nicely in the trailer.
