  Worst moving experience ever. I’ve had to change my schedule twice now to accommodate the fact that their employees don’t want to work and are short handed. I never received a call to even get an update I had to call and track everything down. Drop off was supposed to be on a Wednesday and they pushed it off a day, now it’s pushed to Monday. Worst customer service ever no offer to fix this situation besides sorry everyone is sick. If there is one thing I can recommend find a different company who is fully staffed to meet your needs because this one is not.

  Very disappointed with my experience. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged in some capacity. Several items were broken to pieces during transit and went straight into the dumpster upon arrival. I would not recommend anyone uses this service. In hindsight professional movers would have been worth the extra expense.

  When my debit card declined because of transaction limit, the folks at U-Pack were calm, letting me know I just needed to call my bank, "it happens all the time. Just call us back once you're all set." They were great at setting a delivery appointment that fit my schedule. The delivery driver was on time and in great spirits. He welcomed me to town, gave me tips for driving in the snow, and made some suggestions about upcoming events. Final pickup of the empty container was scheduled in under a minute. Didn't even have to be home for it. If I ever have to move again, I will absolutely use U-Pack again. And I will definitely recommend them to everybody I know.
