  They were on time, professional , courteous and went above and beyond to help me with my move.I have used Upack 3 times.. Texas to Alaska...Alaska to Nebraska and Nebraska to North Dakota. All three moves went very well and the price was very reasonable. Do hire labor to load your heavy items, use cargo straps to stabilize your load in layers, pack your truck tightly, have a Tetris mindset.. fewer gaps, less load shifting , use generous padding blankets as well.

  We used it for our DITY military move and had absolutely no problems!! Reserving was easy, delivery and pick-up of trailer was well organized at both locations.

  Great service. Truck delivered and picked up within a day of my calls. The transit time was just under 2 weeks but that worked well for me and was much better than me having to drive a 26 foot UHaul truck the distance in a week! Drivers were wonderful to deal with and put the truck in the easiest spots for me. Great to work with and cost was best available!
