This terminal should be the standard for All us xpress terminals. Don, Adam,Kaleb and Ivan @the shop have wonderful customer service skills. It took 3 days for service but that seems to be the normal at this company. Also a shuttle van is available for drivers that is convenient. Overall this is the best terminal so far out of Indy, Irving, Duncan, and Ellenwood .

Quite the maze of bobtails and if attached to a trailer, it's the 10,000 steps for the day. Shop provides excellent service, facilities quite accommodating with driver POV parking, showers, bathrooms, seating, vending, swag shop, and exercise room. Van is available for service if you need a run to Walmart, Target, even IKEA. Terminal manager has an open door policy.
