  Can't say enough positive things about my UNITS experience. Kris is SUPER responsive and flexible. Our storage and move process were made less stressful by their level of service.

  We decided for UNITS based on the reviews, so we rented one. At first, Kris (the representative) seemed ok. The payments were, usually, by credit card. The agreement was that, we would call every month to make the payment by phone. At certain point Kris took the liberty to make extra charges and make payments without our consent. When we confronted her she said she saves all credit cards information from customers and uses them when necessary. After that argument, Kris and I agree that she would send an invoice every month so we would pay online through a company. Apparently she forgets because we have to call every month to remind her the invoice. For the last (about) six months she, apparently, decided NOT to answer my calls. WE call her for the invoice so we can make the monthly payment. If you need a storage, go somewhere else.

  FAST, FAIR-PRICED, RELIABLE, FLEXIBLE, PROFESSIONAL, and CONVENIENT! UNITS is competitively priced and even delivered a storage pod to my parking space within a couple of hours from my initial inquiry because my house renovation project grew drastically where I needed a place to store my furniture and belongings. They were able to provide an affordable solution for all my needs with very short notice. Big thanks to Kris and Marcus! Highly recommend for your storage needs.
