  Great all around experience. Customer service is what sets apart good companies from bad companies. When choosing a "pod" or in this case "unit" company, I was looking very carefully at reviews. UNITS lives up to their 5 star rating. One of the owners, Zach, was in touch with me throughout the whole process. He was very informative and great at communicating. Communication was key for my move because I required 3 pods, but only could fit 2 on my property at a time. By communicating with Zach, we were able to work out drop offs and pick ups perfectly. Moving is stressful. You want to make sure you're dealing with a good company I can honestly say UNITS made our move less stressful. They have the best customer service I've personally seen. And best of all, they're a local business. I 100% would use UNITS again in the future. Having a pod/unit that you can fill slowly, versus moving everything over a few days, takes off stress. I recommend UNITS to anyone in Bucks County area.

  What’s better than being able to get the packed boxes out of the house to be able to move around without the clutter? What’s better and the icing is working with Zach and his team to get the unit onsite and moved seamlessly. Great communication and the company’s responsiveness was extraordinary. Thanks so much to Units for being a pleasure in the midst of the stress of moving.

  My experience with UNITS was flawless. Zach was super helpful and accommodating. The UNIT was super clean and offered plenty of space. We used the space to store a lot of our furniture and other items while listing our house for sale so we could get decluttered pictures and present better during showing. The price was great. We had the UNIT for a couple months and eventually had the UNIT transported to our new residence. Everything stayed in place during the move. Nothing broken. And throughout the process Zach and team were great. I highly recommend UNIT to anyone in need of temporary storage or looking to move things. I attached a photo of the UNIT halfway packed. We were able to pack A LOT into this thing.
