Not professional at all. Read their reviews, specifically the critical ones, they are telling the truth. The workers here are lazy and don't want to finish a job. They will cut corners to try and end a job early. Even if you book them for 3 hours their goal is to finish early and pocket any extra since you booked them. If they did a good job this wouldn't be an issue but they rush the job and get things wrong and damage stuff. Once example of this is they damage the door frame as well as my couch by forcing it through a door way. Beforehand I had taken measurements of all the doors and tried to explain to them that this door was too small for the couch. They had it wedge in so hard that the couch literally was held in the air by the door frame. They forced it through here which again damaged things even though I kept asking them to take it through another door. If you want workers that will refuse to listen to you and do the job the way they want then hire them. If you want people that care about you and your stuff then go literally anywhere else. The homeless people down the street will likely give you better service than these chumps.

Nice place over all. Frank the entrepreneur is a big gruff sounding no nonsense kind of guy that can read people like nobodies business. Call him if you ever need help moving, he'll do you right. His staff is awesome and can have you relocated in a heartbeat.
