  Tyre B., Eric W., and Quan E., I've got nothing but respect and praise for these 3 young men on their moving and packing services. They were extremely professional, courtesy, efficient, and fast as heck. What would have taken me a good 2 days to do loading up my 26 foot truck, they did in just under 2hrs. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help and is overwhelmed at the thought of moving. Call them, your lower back and knees will thank you!!!

  Anyone who has planned a move knows how stressful and daunting it can be overall. So, when I contacted USA Family Moving & Storage, my hope was that they would make our move as painless as possible. I appreciated the accessibility of Wendall who helped to finalize details related to the move. He contacted me several times during the move to check in. About the move...Now, I can't say enough about the great work Eddie, Jean, Jorge, Mitchell, Spencer and Roy did on this move. From the beginning, Roy, the supervisor, made me feel comfortable with his professional experience spanning over 18 years and his witty sense of humor. The entire team was professional, courteous, patient and willing to step in where needed. On top of that, each one brought their own wonderful and positive energy, which helped make the move less stressful. Thank you Eddie for your sense of humor. Thank you Jean for taking the time to assist with the sorting of items. Thank you Jorge for your resilience and humor. You had some good timing with your jokes. Thank you Mitchell for the conversation throughout the work. You helped to walk down the packing of some special items. Spencer, thank you for your energy and attention to detail. Thank you all for your tireless efforts to get us into our new home.

  I highly recommend USA Family Moving and Storage! Malcolm, Trey and Hayden were punctual, professional and courteous. They took excellent care of our belongings! Everything was wrapped thoroughly and handled with care. We had an upright piano and a pinball machine and they handled these difficult items with great care! We will be using them for our future moves.
