  Beware of these guys. They are not actual movers, it is a broker company. Moved from Phoenix to Ohio. They promised to deliver the shipment in 1 to 2 weeks. I had me and another friend of mine who moved together from Phoenix to Ohio at the same time, hence we clubbed our order as one, However, we requested two separate receipts splitting into two. The phone representative agreed to it. There was no news after the pick up for a week. When i called them, they said they were going to ship it the coming weekend (two weeks already from the date of pickup). Then they took additional two weeks to deliver. The truck driver and his assistant who delivered were from different shipping company. They were very polite and friendly. They took care of moving the boxes to the third floor safely. However, i was surprised when the receipt was provided for the whole amount on my name. The delivery guys told me that they don't have any other paper work and asked me to call the USA moving company. When i called them, the office assistant was not even sure what i was asking her. She further delayed sending me the incorrect receipts for 2 days. I had called them multiple times to get the receipts. Please do not opt for this company. they would charge you more by the time of pickup / delivery. Which they did to me when they picked up. Will not recommend this company at all. Do not fall for the sales people when they offer you cheap quotes. BEWARE !!!! Thanks

  I recently had an out of state move and USA Moving and Storage was my carrier. Moving is very stressful and they did a great job keeping my move as stress free as possible. They offered a free in home estimate to get me a guaranteed price on my relocation and came up with a fair and competitive price. On the day of my move, they were prompt and showed great professionalism. The delivery was within the 2 weeks allowance that was brought up by my representative for going cross country with goods. I would certainly use them again if I ever need a full service mover and would also recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mover!

  I used this company to move my son from Phoenix AZ, to his apartment in NYC, NY just in time for school. Choosing a company nowadays is difficult! The prices are one thing, but the hidden charges are another, and then you have damaged items. At first i told my son to do it himself with a few friends and a rental truck. After a lot of thinking I thought to talk to some companies and get some quotes. USA Moving & Storage was one of those companies. They gave me a quote over the phone, and the representative, Lisa, was the one who helped me through it all. I gave her my sons inventory, and she gave me a price that i liked. Being the skeptical person I am about moving companies, i asked question after question, and Lisa had every answer, never an impatient tone or moment with this wonderful lady! I ended up reserving my service with USA Moving & Storage, their deposit was very reasonable and we were ready to go. They showed up at my home on the day that we agreed upon. First thing i noticed was the crew, very friendly and outgoing, introduced themselves to me and that already made me very comfortable. Next, the foreman talked me through the contact, went over my sons inventory and they started working. They worked carefully, swiftly, and not a scratch on a wall. I needed a few boxes and they threw in 4 medium sized boxes for free! once they were i paid the agree partial amount and they were on their way. my son needed storage for 3 weeks as he was doing a little traveling before finally moving in, and they gave us the promised one month storage for free. once we were ready for delivery they sent our stuff out, and he received his stuff on time. they moved everything in to his apartment, once again being very punctual and careful. im happy to say non of his items were damaged or missing. the price we agreed on over the phone was the amount we paid for our move. I will be using this company again and so will my friends and family. THANK YOU!!!
