William the saleman was very knowledgeable about not just the brands of pianos, but the subtle nuances of the instrument and how they are put together and made. He took his time with us and was very friendly. You can tell this is his passion. I would recommend this store. They deliver to Jonesboro and pretty much anywhere, he said.

I’m only giving 3 stars due to their selection. I went here in search of a piano that fit specific criteria for my house in an affluent neighborhood in Georgia my mother attended with me. It was my intention to spend money with a smaller store. I dressed down and was followed around the store even after my questions were answered. My husband and I ended up buying a Steinway from Florida, he payed the moving fee with gratitude. I’ll make no direct mention of my skin tone. I will caution anyone considering this place to be wary of the customer service.
