  Really nice guys but they are not trained well. I am now without a couch, they broke a bookshelf, tore the carpet up, scratched and broke my furniture. They reimbursed me $120 for a scratched up entertainment center that cost me over $500. They only reimbursed me $63 for a bed pillar they dropped and cracked. It will cost me over $200 to replace. Every other pillar is also scratched because they did not wrap it before moving it in or out. Reimbursed me only $18 for the bookshelf that broke in half, stating it was structural integrity that caused it to break even though I myself had moved it countless of times without a single problem. Quoted me $1200 and in the end would have paid $1600 to move from Provo to Orem if not for all the reimbursements. I have had other movers make the same trip around the same tight stairwells of my apartments with the same furniture without a single scratch and paid significantly less. Derek the manager only told me accidents are bound to happen and that he was sorry for the stress. The exact reason I hired them so I wouldn’t have to stress. They are sending a repairman to fix the carpet, so at least there’s that. If you have expensive and beautiful furniture, go somewhere else or you’ll be left in tears.

  I got pricing from a couple of other movers before I called Utah’s Moving and Storage. Their pricing was fair, they booked me two trucks and six guys for a local move out and move in. They showed up on time, communicated well, took amazing care packing furniture and got everything where it was supposed to go in the new house. They got everything done quicker than expected. I honestly couldn’t have been happier. Great guys! One Tip: they don’t take open top boxes. Their pre-move instructions said this but I overlooked it and had to repack a few box

  These guys are the best!!! From the very first contact they were friendly, professional and responsive. The estimate was fair and accurate to the very end. The movers were prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. They moved us 850 miles to another state and everything was on track and on time for delivery and all of our stuff arrived without damage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Utah's Moving and Storage- best moving experience ever!
