  Terrible brokers. They had me deadhead 100 miles to PU only to go with a cheaper rate without first notifying my dispatcher. The load was already gone when I had arrived. Bad business practice, ethics, and rates. I would suggest all drivers keeping a reminder of this company. I have told my dispatcher I will not accept their loads anymore.

  they made me come all the way from Michigan, driving 4 am in morning to come to their orientation at 8 am in morning. I was there until probably around 2 than went to office to do drug test than inspection was supposed to be done the the same day, called to see if I can have it another day, because the stuff they want me to buy don’t have them with me in the Van, I didn’t even know there inspection and all that. She said okay yeah sure we can do the next day I said yes, but I wasn’t thinking about the driving and time it would be too much for me. next day, because I miss misunderstood the process, anyway I had to go home again to pick up the money because I had no idea I would need any to buy things for inspections to show them I have the the stuff they need. When I drove back home keep in mind it was 4:30 when I got done with everything. Driving another 4 hours thats 8:30 pm I had to go buy the stuff they told me to buy and I wasn’t done until 9:30pm and they want me to come back to the orientation again the next day, driving another 4 hours and be there at 8 am until 5pm do I look like a machine ? Basically from 5 am in the morning until the next day to 5pm that’s a day and half not sleep or anything. I do believe I’m human and I called on the phone to see if they can have me another day for the second orientation they say oh we just don’t think it’s a good fit anymore. Sorry after all this drive, being at the orientation for hours, doing the drug test, buying the stuff for the inspection, phones calls, information to send through email all that went for nothing and they think it’s not a good fit anymore. Very not professional!
