  I booked this mover for my disabled mom and autistic brother who moved cross country to live near us. After receiving my down payment, communication stopped. Even time sensitive issues concerning payment, me REQUESTING to pay, went ignored until it was too late. I consistently and clearly communicated I would be paying, but no payment details were given, and instead charged to my mom which caused financial problems for her. When items did arrive, they FORGOT her electric wheelchair. The movers admitted they realized it was left in the warehouse. There were also multiple broken items. I have received no response whatsoever despite emails and calls to Venture concerning my moms missing chair (which movers admitted) or broken items, or any of the other multiple issues. Attached are just a few of the items that were broken in transport. My initial quote was $3,152. The adjusted quote for more things was $4833.14, which was understandable. However, they did ANOTHER adjustment I was not informed about until items were delivered, leaving me with a total bill of $6690.60, exceeding double the original quote. The amount of cubic feet was nowhere near that much more.

  The team did an amazing job. They all worked very hard to make the move an efficient and easy process. Nothing was damaged or broken. They also did a great job packing the kitchen so that we did not have any broken items during the move.

  I’m in the military and recently hired this company to move my household goods from Pennsylvania to Washington. They quote me a different quote, then contracted the job out to another company for the job. I was charged extra for a couple items that were listed in the inventory of the original quote and some more. This company was unable to get a weight ticket of the truck (empty/full). Until now, I still do not have my household goods and it has past the requested delivery date. Please DO NOT use this company as they are very unprofessional and only care about the $$$$.
