  They take advantage of gold star widows, will not allow her to get her property from her deceased Husband from the vehicle with help. The vehicle was in the very back of the lot, she couldn’t possibly carry heavy tool boxes etc by herself! They also would not allow her to have the vehicle towed from the lot by another service. This vehicle was in an accident, sure was very willing to pay the tow fees. Now they are attempting to charge more fees since they would not allow her to retrieve her belongings or her vehicle at the agreed upon time. They have been very rude and unprofessional to many, many people. They have now disabled their Facebook account due to the bad reviews! Please know your rights before doing business with this company!!!

  My car was towed here by SBPD following an accident. Absolutely worst customer service ever. There is no parking and the gate is always closed. The overweight girl that comes out is very rude. You are not able to even pull into the lot but are expected to walk the entire length in the mud to retrieve your belongings. I am going to instruct Geico to never dispatch these people for roadside assistance. Tony's Mobile does a great job and they are not rude.

  I am an insurance agent in town. One of my insureds had an accident and Vic's towed it from the scene to their lot. It was approximately a 5 mile tow and the tow charge was 405 dollars. I have tried to talk with them regarding getting a release for our insured's vehicle. The first time I called the lady that I spoke with was very rude and told me "what don't you understand about this and hung up on me. I called back stating there must have been a mistake but she hung up on me again. All i want is what she told me over the phone. I just want some kind of release for our insured stating that if they give the vehicle to Vic's they would not owe any additional money. I actually went to the tow yard today to see if I could get the release. Again, she was very rude and said she didn't have time for this nonsense. My suggestion is to stay as far away from this business as possible.
