Debbie was great! I had to move out of an apartment within 2 days because of black mold. The key was left in the box for me the next morning and everything went smoothly. Debbie is the real VIP

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Renting a uhaul truck was so much easier to deal with them in person, rather then going through uhaul website. They knew the ins and outs of the uhaul procedures. An when I knew I was going be late on returning the truck, they helped me out to give me the extra time I needed in my move.

I do not recommend this company. Called and made a reservation, confirmed this with them several times. When I arrived, the front desk lady told me they had nothing for me. My wife I and I depended on a promise that was made to us by this company and they let us down. Avoid at all costs.
