  Bought my home here and closed on it in April. From beginning to end, my experience has been top notch! Barry and the entire crew here are great to deal with. They never seemed annoyed with me asking a million questions and taking all my calls. The trim guys did a great job in my home and were quick to correct any issue I had. My home is a Clayton home. The warranty guy sent by Clayton to fix my very minor issues was also a pleasure to deal with. This place definitely has the best prices and service. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new home! My aunt bought her home here as well, which is how I ended up here.

  This place is a joke for saling homes. There main focus is to sale you a home then that's the end of there relationship with you. Me and my wife bought a home from them after they received the home it took them 6 weeks to get it to our property. The another 4 are 5 weeks to get it set up .there set up crews are just awful they done more damage to my land then what grading was done. And also ran all in my neighbors land. Its been 2 months now and neither person from W&W housing has called to see if we're happy with the home. I've called them to inform them of the issues that we have with the home and they tell me that its the manufacturer problem. They didn't even backfill up to the brick foundation

  I went in just to look. The man who was the sales rep.or owner was incredible rude! he never offer to go out to show me anything and just handed me the key and THEN...I pet his dog and told him that I thought I felt a tick and he went off on me and reached for the key back and said he didn’t like the way i looked at him and i said... when you have such inappropriate reach, you should expect people to look at you like your strange! All I did was show concern for the pet!! He was SOOO inappropriate He has issues! Not sure how they stay in business.... incredibly rude.
