  Just experienced one of the most unprofessional experiences with this company. The Owner and the drivers don't care about laws of the road or others safety. The driver literally pulled out in a diesel front of me , no respect , and refused to move his truck. The Owner came out and said glad I have my coffee because we will sit here all day if you don't move. Four employees came out in total and all were very aggressive. People with this attitude should not drive these trucks.

  The driver was pulling a tractor-trailer onto the street from a very tight spot in our yard. He did so safely, but did not see the approaching driver in time to avoid delaying him. There was no danger of an accident. I witnessed everything from the other side of the truck. I am the owner of Walsh Moving. I politely explained to Mr. Walter S. that it would be quite difficult to back up the tractor-trailer as it was already turned onto the street and angled such that if backing up there was the danger of hitting a parked trailer. He was irate and did not accept this answer. All he had to do was pull over to the curb and let the tractor-trailer pass. One-half minute and no more. Instead, he raised his voice and was irate and stood his ground another five minutes. I did not raise my voice, and explained again the danger of backing up and possibly hitting another parked trailer. He continued to argue. None of my three employees that were present at the time to assist the driver were threatening and I never raised my voice.

  I hired Walsh to handle a rather complicated local move that involved three different locations and furniture / boxes pick up and drop off at each location. Walsh sent us a fantastic team -- Manny, Eric, and Sergio. They were the best! The team arrived at our first location on time and they were friendly, completely professional and thorough. They worked quickly but took no short cuts when it came to wrapping furniture pieces and packing the boxes in the truck! We met them at the second location where they dropped some items off and picked up another large load to continue to the long term storage unit we had arranged. These three men were so willing to do whatever it took and they were swift yet so willing to put the items into the storage unit the way in which helped me organize the boxes and items. I can't recommend this company enough! I worked with Forrest to make the arrangements and he also did an outstanding job setting us up with the right number of men for our job. If we ever do another move, I'll call Walsh and ask for Manny, Sergio and Eric again. They did such an outstanding job! Bravo!

  We were having trouble finding a moving/storage company during August. Finally I asked a friendly man from a nationwide company for a referral and he sent me to Walsh Moving, a local company. So glad I found this company. Thomas accommodated our needs re: picking up half and storing, then picking up the rest and delivering up north. His crew was friendly, professional, and careful with our belongings. I highly recommend this company.
