  It is one thing to not make mistakes, it is another thing to own up to, and fix, them. My experience and impressions of Ward moving are 5 star not because of lack of trying circumstances, but in spite of them. Mike, who is the owner of Ward Moving, made clear on every interaction with me that A) he made the customer absolute number 1, and B) held his employees to a similarly high standard. While the owner was delt a bad hand with a single employee(who has since moved on from the company), after being made aware of the problem, Mike rectified not only the precipitating cause, but also the subsequent downstream effects. He really went above and beyond to show he cared, not just about his business, but about his customers and employees. More specifically, the owner offered to do anything and everything to resolve the issue, free of charge, and stuck to his word, despite that meaning essentially providing a free day of moving, despite all the expenses that incurred for him. I've heard of bad experiences moving before, and have always self-moved as a result. Mistakes happen, and sometimes life gives you lemons, but if you want a company you can trust to stand by their word, and work tirelessly to resolve any potential issues that might arise, Ward Moving is for you. As a side note, the problem in question was a logistical error. In case it is of concern everything was wrapped with blankets, and treated with care, and this did not involve replacement of any lost or damaged goods. Your belongings are in good hands, and you can trust the owner to stand by his name and reputation to make right any issues that may creep up along the way. That's at 5 star review in my book! Also, shout out to Jacob and Marquise, as well as Keith, who remained good natured and hard working throughout, despite tough conditions, and deserve all the praise I can muster.

  STAY AWAY !!! from this company they're not professional I paid more cause I figured with a name like Bekins and the company has been around for years but boy was i wrong i could have rented a U-haul and hired day labors and probably had a better experience as you can see in in a few of the pictures we had water damage on the furniture they tore down a huge limb on my tree nothing was secured in the back of the truck and scratches on my wood floor and that's only a few also they never tell you that payment is required in a cashiers ck before unloading and then when you file a claim they only pay you pennies on the dollar for the damages they caused it's more like a scam so learn from my mistakes

  I am very sorry that your move incurred damages. We submitted your claim to our insurance company. You chose the basic liability that all moving furnish at no additional cost. We acted on the insurance adjuster's report and issued you a check for $663.00 on 9/20/2021. I apologize that our services were below our standards. Moving during the peak season can be challenging. Additional issues were made by your change of dates during the busiest time for moving services.

  I don’t know what the most powerful way is that I can say thank you, but I mean it from the bottom of my heart, the biggest Thank You to all the staff at Ward Moving & Storage!. The communication was above and beyond from day one dealing with this company, and then it immediately followed the day of the move. Nick called me to let me know the team was on their way, and when that big truck showed up, a lot of my anxiety went away immediately, knowing we would have the amount of room necessary to move my family in one trip. Ward Moving & Storage is extremely professional and are darn good at what they do. John is absolutely amazing and seems to be a great leader. All of the movers were extremely kind, handled our property with care, and moved some items which were very big and heavy, with what seemed to be extreme ease. Ward Moving & Storage put my family at ease during a very stressful time and for that I am extremely grateful. Ward Moving & Storage was even able to move several items that were fragile or just poorly constructed that I am confident would have been broken by other moving companies. I want to tell everyone what a first class job Ward Moving & Storage did, and once again I want to give them a HUGE THANK YOU!
