  I have been professionally moved several times. Before this, I never got to pick who moved us due to it being arranged by employers. The estimate process as well as the entire moving process was the best I have had. Nick (estimator) and Ozzy (driver) and team were the ultimate professionals and I appreciate their service greatly. The young lady who packed my kitchen did a great job too. I was highly concerned about bar/wine glasses. Not one item was broken/cracked. I would have given Ward 5 stars, but there was some confusion/disconnect with the office staff. (They had either entered my origin and destination as the same address or not entered a destination address.) I moved from TX to AZ so this caused confusion for the appliance hook up. Also, the office staff was not as focused on customer service as the rest of the folks I interacted with. Overall a good experience.

  Ward North American-Houston kept us informed ahead of moving day. Our crew was on time, efficient and organized without being in a rush. They were very patient and and courteous. Difficult to see how the move, from packing thru unloading and set up coupled have gone more smoothly. No hesitation in recommending these folks.

  I'm not normally one to write negative reviews, but I've been very frustrated so far working with Ward. My partner has used them in the past and spoke highly of them, so we decided to use them for our upcoming move. One of the agents did a "virtual tour" of my house and belongings a week ago, but I have yet to hear back from them with an estimate (which we were supposed to have the day after the tour so we could schedule). I've left multiple messages and sent several emails and haven't heard any response. When I do get a representative on the phone, they tell me the agent will get me the estimate later that day or the following day, but still I never receive anything. I just feel like I'm getting the run-around. I will be reaching out to another company if I don't hear anything by tomorrow. Just very unprofessional, in my opinion.

  Brent, Please accept our apology for the delay in submitting your quote to you. Our internal expectation is that our sales team provides a written quote within 72 hours of the survey, and we absolutely missed the mark. We have reviewed and reset expectations with our Houston team to be sure this does not happen to customers in the future.
