The equipment is junk. the pay is low and John Sell is not a nice person at all. They think they are running a good company but have never compared themselves to a good company. this place is terrible. From dispatch, to safety, to payroll, to recruiting to the top management.

Management very friendly and knowledgeable. Also u can't and won't make every driver happy. The company I work for now Hc Harrington been around 106 years they have driver still there for 25 years. They also lose a driver in a day u win some and u lose some. Family everything I wish u guys the best

Company that treats you like family! Respect is a must, both ways..Most company's your just the number on your truck.You drive nice new trucks,bonus's for a variety of differant things.Only thing i can say is try it out you won't be dissapointed.And in my case it was very important your welcome to bring along your spouse,its a long loney rd out there long work weeks its so nice to be able to be together.
