  UPDATE: The owner is flat out lying again in his response below. First, he wasn't present for the move, so he didn't tell us any of the things he says he did. Second, we DID provide professional-style ratchet straps to the moving team, which they YouTubed how to use, then attached incorrectly, causing boxes to fall everywhere when they disconnected in transit. He offered me $24 to replace a $600 TV, which is insulting. Stand behind your work. -------------------------- Terrible experience with We Haul, and the owner has refused to stand behind his service. We hired them to pack a shipping pod for a cross country move. Everything seemed OK when they loaded it, but we realized how bad a job they had done once our pod was delivered. It turns out they had stacked heavier boxes up high, unevenly distributed the contents and improperly secured the ratchet straps to hold things in place. As soon as we opened the cube at our new apartment, we saw that boxes had toppled everywhere from the upper levels, causing several items to be crushed or broken (including our TV, the most valuable item in our container). The movers who helped us unload the pod said they'd never seen a cube packed so badly. We reached out to the owner to see if he'd offer some assistance to help replace any of the items that were destroyed because of his team's negligence, but he gave us the run around for weeks, refused to answer several calls/emails/texts, and ultimately refused to do anything. I'd recommend anyone considering hiring We Haul to stay away.

  When you first hired us I told you that we did not have insurance. We showed up to your place and you didn't have rope or any ratchet straps of any sort. You watched us load the Pod and I told you that your things are going to shift unless you get straps to hold it in place. It's not my fault that you didn't get the straps. And I offered you $0.60 per pound which is the industry average even though I don't have insurance and you still refused unless I bought you a brand new $500 TV. That's not the way that moving works. Sorry you had a bad experience but next time if you're better prepared and have the tools necessary to do the job and take the advice of the movers. I'm sorry that your things got broke but when I offered you the industry average you basically told me you wanted new stuff. It doesnt work like that

  I hired them once, they were perfect. Punctual, professional, and hard working. I chose to hire them again for another move a month later and they did not show. They were unresponsive to call and texts from the number provided. So I guess its a 50/50. You'll either get great service or will be stuck without moving help on the day of your move.
