  My wife and I Hired We-Haul RV Transport to move a used 44ft 5th wheel camper that we bought to our property in northern MN. Paul was responsive, professional and punctual. He communicated with me openly during the scheduling process and delivered the camper in perfect condition as promised. We-Haul RV Transport went above and beyond when our camper was frozen into the mud, and would not move upon initial hook up. A lot of RV Transport companies would have sent me a message and left, but not We-Haul. Paul worked with the former owner in -15 weather and even hooked up tire chains in order to get the camper delivered to us on the date we discussed. Myself, as a new 5th wheel owner, Paul was kind enough to show me how his hitch worked and how to use the auto leveling system. This customer service was way above and beyond our expectations, and we are so appreciative. I wouldn't hire a different RV Transport company if they paid me to do so. Thank you so much We-Haul RV Transport!

  Paul was an astounding, professional and genuine guy! He was very prompt with responding and put all my worries and concerns at ease. (And I am a very nervous person) He works with a brokerage company to find you the quickest route and way to get what you need done accomplished. I had never worked with or needed a hauling company before, but I most definitely know who I will call when I need help again with this kind of thing.

  The communication with this company was always clear, truthful and timely. Each call was respectful and professional. The quality of the service far exceeded my expectations. The driver was concerned with safety, his own and my travel trailer. I was grateful for his attention to detail. On the day of delivery, Paul was on time. He helped me and my husband secure our trailer and repaired a lock for us in the compartments. I can not say enough good things about the quality and service provided by this company. The value for what we received was superior. RV transport has all the certifications to meet the transport business. I highly recommend using this company for your transport needs. If there was a 10 star rating I would give it.
