April 5, 2022 8:30 visit I was actually dreading going after reading reviews, but the reviews are very misleading and outright false. There was a line from door to street at opening, yet staff very kindly directed people to proper areas and got everyone in and out in 15 minutes. The gentleman at the door could not have been any nicer or more professional. I had a Bonded Title transaction and was taken immediately to Mrs Gomez who was not only extremely nice, polite and professional, she got the transaction processed, my tags, sticker and registration in my hands and out the door in 8 minutes. Did not see a single employee being rude, unprofessional or dismissive to anyone. I think it’s important to post reviews truthfully and when experience is pleasant because far too often the negative reviews are by people who conducted themselves in way to accuse staff.

1/10/22 Worst customer service ever I called like 15 times and all I would get is someone answering and just saying HOLD not a good morning or a proper way on answering the phone. Who ever the management is should train employees to be more professional on answering the phones and not leaving customers on hold for long this is just so frustrating so many rude people starting with management.

November 2 of 2021 I was the first one On the line, the first one that a lady on one of the desks attend...she doesn't even pay attention to me...she was rude ..in the morning!! She doesn't let me pay taxes for the vehicle that I bought ...very rudely answer for some questions that I made about title registration...Some day of this month I will try again to see if somebody there is in good mood in the morning allowing me to pay my new vehicle taxes...Sorry I never wrote reviews but today was not my day in this place.
