  We recently used Weleski Transfer for a move from Cleveland to Miami and they did a fantastic job! Great project coordination from start to finish, and the driver and crew were very professional and efficient. Our move involved special packing for international shipment. Weleski came equipped with all the needed supplies and the finished product was amazing. The moving truck itself was in great condition and perfectly clean inside and out. We feel like our belongings are in great hands! Highly recommended!

  While my move was handled by the Tarentum branch, my relocation specialist was assigned to the Cleveland branch. This is a review critiquing the experience I've had communicating with the Cleveland branch. Initially, communication with my relocation specialist, Debbie Clem, was very good when it came to drawing up my initial moving estimate. She was attentive and flexible. There were never any issues returning my phone calls and messages in a prompt manner. However, the problems started after my shipment was packed. I had an issue with my move where my shipment was split into 2 and the second half was late for delivery. This was an issue with the Tarentum branch, and I do not fault Weleski Transfer of Cleveland for this. I had questions about my estimate as it had increased significantly from the original quote due to having my delivery split into 2. Representatives at Weleksi Tarentum instructed me to contact my relocation specialist from the Cleveland branch since they were the ones who wrote for my initial estimate. After being charged for the delivery of the first half of my shipment, communication has been very poor with my relocation specialist. I've called numerous times and left multiple voicemails but have yet to receive any call backs or updates. I have no idea how much I'm going to be charged to receive the second half of my shipment, and I can't get a hold of someone to discuss this issue with. Overall, this has been very disappointing especially since communication had been great prior to the move.

  Weleski Transfer did an AMAZING job with our residential move. We had zero issues and would HIGHLY recommend this company !
