Eric and his team are by far the best movers in town. As a native Austinite I’ve used half a dozen movers over the years and Eric is top notch! He is very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful when it comes to scheduling and communication. When it comes to the move itself he and his team handle each item with care and carefully label and take apart any furniture needed. They don’t cut corners and treat each item as if it’s their own. They have decades of experience across the team and it shows in their attention to detail, but ability to move quickly and efficiently. They were also very kind, friendly, and just good people to have around during what could be a stressful time. They even knew how to properly handle some unique/large/heavy items I have. They made sure everything was done properly and took extra care to avoid damaging my home and property. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with Eric and his team!!

Efficient, that’s the first word that comes to mind when reflecting over my experience with West Austin Moving. Prompt, and courteous…I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided. There were no up-sales or exceeding of quotes. In fact, the charges were less than expected. I highly recommend west Austin moving company!

The crew are extremely professional friendly, kind, honest, and genuine. They showed up on time, completed the job within a shorter than expected time frame and remained positive throughout the entire experience! This was a 3 story move. I would recommend these guys every time!
