Got behind on one payment and the put a lock extra lock on the building. That’s not what upsets me. 3 days After I made the payment the lock is still there and nobody is in the office during regular office hours. Not sure why they can’t take to lock off after the payment is made or at least show up to your job so we can get help if we need it. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. Definitely taking my business literally anywhere else.

Ella the manger seemed to want to help us get my deceased father's unit but now won't answer our calls... We have all the paperwork and unit number ect. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
