While we accepted the fact that our delivery would take a while because of the Covid related shipping slowdowns, we did not expect all the damage. TVs came back non-functional, along with other electronics. Paintings were damaged. Frames and mirrors scratched. As soon as we filed our claim, we were non-existent. We tried multiple emails and more than five phone numbers without the professionalism and courtesy of any response. We submitted all our paperwork and were set on our end. But what did we get: Crickets. They care only about getting paid and not getting it right. Do not use this company. They were about as bad as they get in the end.

I can't praise Western Express and especially Chris Duello more highly! During this crazy time of shipping delays and container shortages, Chris has been pro-active in keeping us updated with where our shipment was and helped answer all of our questions.
