  Just do yourself a favor and get here as early as possible because these people do not honor any appointments. You will find yourself if you arrive on appointment times sitting behind eight trucks waiting to get unloaded with unknown appointment times. The receiving office said that you just drive around after you get signed in with her and get in line and the quicker you get back there the sooner you'll get unloaded was her words. Also an employee in the rear where the dock is only one dock by the way, when asked do you want to your appointment times his words were do you remember when you were in school and you just got in line and went in order that's kind of how it is he stated we have drivers who are arrive early and some that arrive on time and late and we can't help that. So all of the information on the bill of lading about setting up an appointment time is kind of a joke. Maybe you have to have an appointment for the day of but as far as honoring the actual time you might as well just forget about it. If I were you I would avoid this place with all I could. Unless of course you don't mind having a break in hey Slappy mud pit that has pot holes that are about 14 foot wide by 25 foot long and so deep you need to swim across them. Just look at the pictures. I give honest opinions I don't say who I work for and I don't complain about people that do a professional job. I do get a fair opinions and views and comments on those that deserve it and how well they deserve it.

  I had good experience with west rock the pictures above are not even close to this place has nice concrete parking lot and 24 hr unloading does have portajohns for drivers not the best bathrooms but hey everything can't be peaches and cream was only there for 45 min tops I would definitely deliver again there keep up the good work guy's place is. On the way up

  Only took 9 hours to unload 7 paper rolls. No bathrooms for drivers, if you enter their loading dock the forklift operator screams "get out of my building". The yard is muddy and filled with deep ruts and puddles full of water, absolute cluster F of a business. Worst one I had displeasure of delivering freight to this year.
