My wife and I recently moved our home after 30 years at the prior home. We hired Wheaton to move us, and we took advantage of packing and unpacking services, crating of fragile things like our grandfather clock and glass table tops, and the load out and load in. We were impressed from start to finish. The packers and movers arrived on time each time they were needed, and they were deliberate about protecting carpet and floor from footprints and protecting the walls and door frames from nicks or scrapes. We were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and hard work, and my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend them. We particularly enjoyed working with our estimator, Michael Knowles.

...update on the prior review...Wheaton damaged items during the move and in our presence. They acknowledged the damage and our move coordinator repeatedly stated "You have the extra insurance, you have 9 months to file." Now in response to our filing and complaints, they are claiming we had to file the day of the move. This is false per the contract. This is well-beyond disappointing. It is 100% dishonest. ZERO STARS

Our office moved to a new location and Wheaton Moving was awesome to work with from start to finish. The project manager always quickly answered my questions. The team of movers than came on the day of the move were friendly, efficient and very organized. They had our whole office moved in 5 hours. I would recommend them for any type of move, i.e. office, home, etc.
