  Willamette Worldwide Moving company has a van that is currently blocking my business parking lot. I asked them to move (we have many elderly patients that need to be able to park in the lot as well as leave safely). I told them that they were blocking the parking lot to our medical clinic and that they could not stay there. One of movers said, “Calm down, lady – just knock it off!” I told him if he didn’t move I would call the police, to which he replied, “Go ahead!” The police came and told them they had 30 minutes to unload and move the truck and they would stay and make sure our patients were able to maneuver around the loading ramp. They left after 10 minutes and the van has now been there an hour… I called the moving company and they said, “We’ll see what we can do” and hung up on me. I’ve had 3 patients tell me the movers were rude to them and at least one also called the company to complain.

  I've used Willamette Express twice in the last 7 years now, and I've been really happy with them both times. Dave Jackson was my sales rep in both instances, and each time the crew was professional, quick, and took all my concerns into consideration. For this last move I was especially pleased with the crew leader Scotty. He did a fantastic job getting all the guys working fast and in sync. I also had a slight miscommunication with them about hauling away some extra furniture, and when I called the next day to ask for help, they gave me a reasonable price on coming back for a little extra work.

  I’m very unhappy with the two movers they assigned to my move. One movers has bad manners and an angry man but the other one mover name: Jason was polite to me. Jason felt bad that they broke my washer and dryer machine during the process of moving my things but the other moving man was very arrogant, rude and no proper manner to their woman customer. This one mover was upset that I complaint to Spencer their supervisor that they were very slow during moving my things but they still broken my washer and dryer machine. They took a lot of breaks but I don’t mind but blaming me that it took them 10hours to move my things that was not much to move. Also, they try to over charge me even though they only move few of my things. The things that I told Spencer (Willamette movers representative supervisor) to include inside the mover truck but the two guys who move my things did not include them during the move. They brought the things I did not include in the list that Spencer and I talked about when the first day he came to my house to check which things or items should be move and not move. I was promise boxes for my vases and one large size wall picture frame but they never give me one to pack the above items I mentioned. They brought a wardrobe box. The one movers broke one wardrobe box and give me another one that’s not broken but they still charge me for the broken wardrobe box that their movers broke. I hope they will replace my washer and dryer machine that their movers broke. Now I have nothing to use to wash my clothes upon moving to my new home. I would not recommend to use The Willamette Express Ltd movers next time I plan to move. They need to educate their employees to be polite, kind, respectful, honest & be friendly to the people that they are moving their things because they are the one that pay them so they have a job. Never again I will use this moving company during my moving plan.

The attitudes of our crew members are of the utmost importance and we want our clients to feel comfortable around our movers. We understand the amount of stress moving can create and strive to make the experience easier. It was unfortunate that the washer and dryer were damaged, a damage claim was submitted and payment was sent to cover costs of repair. Discussion and training regarding proper customer service is ongoing and your experience is being used as a teaching tool. Thanks
